Webinar Account / Specific Webinar
When creating a Smart Link it is essential to choosing if you want the Smart Link to be configured to your entire Webinar account, a Specific Webinar or a Series of Webinars.
To make this decision you need to identify how you you are using your Webinar Account.
Choose Webinar Account if:
- Every webinar scheduled by this account is intended to be made available for your contacts to register/join.
Note: There is an option on each webinar record to exclude them from a Smart Link, this option is labeled "Exclude from Smart Link if Not Specified" but this is not recommended if you are going to use this webinar account for multiple purposes.
Choose Specific Webinar if:
- The Smart Link you are creating is designed to register contacts to a specific webinar or webinars scheduled by the connected webinar accounts but not all of the webinars.
