Integrating your Webinar Account with Narware is essential to utilizing Narware's many features and obtaining visibility into your webinar performance.

What is synced when you first connect your Webinar Account?

When you first connect your Webinar Account, Narware will only look to sync Webinars that have not been started yet. If the webinar is a past webinar and has already been completed the webinar information will not be synced to Narware.

If you do not see your Webinars that are scheduled in the list of Webinars select the 'Get Latest Webinar Data' to force Narware to reach out to your connected accounts to check for available Webinar details.

When are Registrations synced to Narware?

Narware will begin to sync Registrations immediately after the account is integrated. However, Narware will not get past registrations for webinars that are closed before integration.

When a registration is created by the Webinar Provider a registration record will be created within your Narware account shortly after and related to the Contact and Webinar being registered for.

• If a contacts email does not exist in Narware or the connected CRM a "New Contact" will be created by Narware and the information will be synced to the connected CRM.

• If a contacts email does not exist in Narware but does exist in the connected CRM, Narware will get the contact information and create a contact record with the associated CRM contact account.

When can I get the Attendance results of a Webinar?

At any given time during a webinar Narware will be able to see who is Present and that exact time however the accumulated duration and total attendance related values are not available until the webinar has been stopped by the presenter.

When the Webinar is stopped by the presenter Narware will run an automatic process to get the webinars attendance details. This process cannot run prior to the webinar being completed.

Note : If the webinar failed to process automatically or additional attendance details appear to be missing as a user you can select the "Run" button located on the top right of each Webinar record to force the attendance processor to run.
