A Processed Smart Link record is a record created when a person selects a Narware provided link. Narware will run a process when clicked to identify where to send that person and with in seconds the person will have smoothly been directed to the unique intended target. During this quick process is also capturing information that helps log the event and identify Who, When, What and finally where they where sent to get more visibility for you to understand your customers patterns and experience.
How to View a Processed Smart Link
- Select Smart Links in the left Navigation.
- Select Summary.
After selecting Summary you will see a table that includes all of the most recent processed links with the most recent being at the top.
