Accessing your Company Profile
Your Company Profile can be accessed by selecting Manage in the left navigation and then selecting from the submenu Company Profile.
The Company Profile has several fields associated with of which some are modifiable and some are not.
Here is a description of each field listed.
Company Info
• Company Name : is your unique company name set to define the applications org being viewed.
• Subdomain : The subdomain is created automatically from the Company Name by Narware and is utilized within the links being served up to contacts. This field is not editable by a User. If you wish to change the created name please notify the support team.
• Domain or URL : You home page of your company domain. This is used within Narware to define default link paths.
• Timezone : The Company defined Timezone will be used by default as the controlling timezone for the applications Date and Time viewing adaption. A users defined Timezone will override this setting to adapt the timezone to the logged in user.
• If Error URL : This url will be the landing page for all persons who select a Smart Link that ran into some technical processing errors such as: Invalid Email
Company Address (modifiable)
• Address : Your Company's street address for additional forms of communication from Narware.
• City : City of Company's Location
• State : State of Company's Location
• Zip / Postal Code : Zip/Postal Code of Company's Location
• Country : Country of Company's Location
System (Cannot be modified)
• Company ID : Unique ID that can not be modified.
• Update Date : System Log to reference when Company Profile was last Modified.
• Updated By User : System Log to reference who last modified the Company Profile.
• Update IP : System Log to reference IP from device that last modified the Company Profile.
• Create Date : System Log to reference when Company Profile was created.
• Created By User : System Log to reference who created the Company Profile.
• Create IP : System Log to reference IP from device that created the Company Profile.
